The movement in this photo is created by the dropping of a liquid. As the drop touches the surface, a splash is created which then causes particles to spread around the area. The dark background emphasises this movement.
This photo creates the sense of movement by having a very clear side of a car but with the scenery being very blurred.
The people on the swings being blurred creates a sense of movement because there is no real clear focus point.
The fact that the person is very clear and focused on, the movement is captured by the blurred train passing in front of the person.
The blurred background in this image is used to create movement. The fact that the movement is in black and white, the difference in light also is used to create movement.
