Form is represented in a photo by how an object captures light, the difference in light across an object  and also the shadow which is created portrays the idea of form.

This photograph is of a sphere; across the sphere is variation of light- the darkest point being at the base and the lightest at the top. The photo has captured the shadow of the sphere which also demonstrates form.

  

Form has been capture in this photo by the variation in light across the chess pieces. The light is concentrated on the right hand side and there are shadows being created by the individual pieces.

The photograph being in black and white enhances the shadow which is being created by the barrel in the foreground. Although the main focus of this photo is the barrel, in the background shadow is also being created which demonstrates form.

In this photo form is clearly shown. There are shadows being created by the individual fruits but also there is a clear difference in the light distributed across the fruits.

A shadow is created around the base of the object and the object is darker towards the bottom of it than it is the top.
